From January 1, 2014, the ” Best Paper Award ” is available for the authors who submit their manuscripts in Scimetr . The authors will receive a Golden, Silver or Bronze award based on the scientific quality of their manuscripts. ” Scimetr Awards ” has been established by the editorial board of Scimetr .
The prizes will be presented to the best papers as review or original article. ” Scimetr ” is an international open access, peer-reviewed journal of medical science that welcomes submissions from all fields of medicine.
This article can be a research article or review article. Making a strong link between scientists is our final goal.
How to apply for the award? Entries for the first award, in 2014, should be submitted via the journal website with a cover letter mentioned ”

Topics The topic may be freely chosen by applicants, but should be of significance to medical sciences, should demonstrate freshness of material and analysis, and where possible will be of interest to the media and policymakers.
Length and deadlines Applicants for the award should contribute articles of up to 4000 words in length, of a standard appropriate to publication by Scimetr . Entrants will be judged on the clarity and readability of their contributions.
How to judge? Your manuscript will be reviewed by our editorial board quickly and if it was compatible with journal’s standard, it will be published in one of the coming issues.
The quality of the manuscript including the scientific content and impact of the research is critical for us. Therefore, a panel of three judges, selected from the present or past membership of the Journal’s editorial board, has been tasked with independently judging each paper from the previous year and scoring it based on its importance, originality and quality.
